sunrise

It's been a long time I haven't been blogging so it feels new to me again.  I used to write whatever comes to my mind especially when I got so many thoughts and worries that feel like it's suffocating me.

This CoVid-19 pandemic has been really a challenge, especially for mental health.  It has been two years in this situation, lost some members of the family while other beat and survived this terrible virus, Majority if not all was affected economically/financially and were just trying to survive on a daily basis with whatever income they have.

Personally,  I would say I was coping pretty well until this new variant, Omicron, that it begins to somehow affect me mentally, got anxious every time member of my family goes out to buy some essential stuff, and when I do go out got this feeling of panic and having palpitations when I'm at a close distance from others especially now this new variant, Omicron, which the medical peeps say that it's more transmissible.

But all I can do aside from being vaccinated is to follow all the health protocols, take vitamin supplements and exercise to boost my immune system and pray, pray a lot that may this pandemic ends or at the very least be controlled as soon as possible.  My faith and prayers are really my strength in dealing with and coping with all of these things.  Just keep on holding and fighting as this too shall pass.

Stay safe and healthy everyone!!
